Personnel: Michael G. Kelly

Michael G. Kelly is a board certified business bankruptcy attorney who focuses his practice primarily in bankruptcy and commercial law.

He received his B.A. from the University of Texas in 1978 with highest honors. Mike attended the graduate program in international relations at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981.

He quickly became a bankruptcy law practitioner and has for more than twenty years actively represented most of the players to be found in bankruptcy cases - trustees, official committees, debtors, and secured and unsecured creditors.

Mike is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and the American Board of Bankruptcy Certification. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, and their respective business and bankruptcy law sections.
